BZZYWORKS is an "non-entity" underground operation designed specifically to work under the auspices of nameless and faceless organizations and individuals to secretively and shamelessly make enormous profits off of him and those like him, men and women, who have come to a point in which having and using money only enables bad choices and furthers their inability to join a productive workforce. He is a bother, a burden, a public nuisance and sometimes an outright menace. BZZYWORKS is a tongue-in-cheek, clandestine term used solely to describe the fiduciary logistics that offer these people purposeful work and means to survive comfortably and with pride, dignity, renewed self-confidence and life-long bonds... and at the same time, take FULL advantage of the fact that they cannot adequately take care of themselves! Making the operation as profitable as possible for the "needs providers"-- the Business Managers is the highest and best use of time, energies and resources ever conceived. The formation of OUR COMMUNITY GARDEN constitutes an exercise in freedom and is equally an exercise in the pursuit of happiness. OUR COMMUNITY GARDEN is the name given to the "Front", an innocuous name that we operate under for being overtly inconspicuous and for public, media, and marketing relations.

You may choose to call the dispersed nationwide army of cultists that you build anything that you wish to name it. We answer to no one except all of the proper authorities. We've witnessed the police department drop transients off at unlicensed, unregulated homeless shelters that have a very deservedly bad reputation, and we also want to unofficially be one of those "undocumented" listed in the phone book under "transitional housing" if we so choose. Exploitation is prevalent in the local "Mission" system and it is a disgrace to allow that level of profiteering off of the homeless to continue unchecked. This is NOT operated as a conventional business because there are no employees and there is no semblance of normal business activities. Everything produced disappears into thin air in strict accordance to the Business Manager's directions. IT IS THEIR ACCOUNTING AND ACCOUNTABILITY PROBLEM. It’s NOT operated as a church or charity, and it’s NOT operated as a shelter or a farm. This is a critical trial case experiment. It is a "Fad of Popular Culture” and as such, technically and legally does not exist as far as anyone should be concerned. Being a brick and mortar 24 hour high security “crafter’s meeting hall and supply depot”, healthy home cooked meals, snacks, showering facilities, work chairs and tables and a central entertainment unit (preferably ONLY a networked PC projector and P.A. sound system) are made available to those who pass the third entry level protocol. Cots, recliners and closed circuit TV’s/monitors with headphones are provided in clear, lockable greenhouse rooms for storage and extended rest breaks. We repeat in case you missed it... All of the tools, furnishings, appliances and portable fixtures are under the asset management and securities servicing of any number of obscure figures referring to themselves only as online business managers and identifiable only by secret cult-leader-like nicknames. Nothing of value amounting to anything approaching eyebrow raising levels are cause for audit or declaration. The large quantities of finished goods that go directly or indirectly (through pick-ups and drop shipping) to the Business Managers are the podartists' tokens of appreciation to their Business Managers. No transactions transpire and no currency of any form is allowed in or around the operations. Everything that is needed for this and future centers is picked up locally by prearrangement, prepayment, pre-paid FOB warehouse or on account; and if not available locally, it is delivered prepaid. I am a community organizer foremost, and in response to an economy that does not work for the least of us, I am reorganizing.
On my own I’ve invented an economy which, on the surface, does
not require its practitioners to have or use money. Of my thirty seven years of
adult life, I’ve only paid money for rent for a total of about 15 of
those years. The answer as to how I do it is:
I clean, I rearrange and I organize. I give away works of art.
I transform. And I do all of these things extremely well.
I enjoy the freedom from the need of money and I enjoy the
challenge and the learning experience in taking on seemingly
insurmountable mountains of filth, junk, trash and debris.
These experiments have led to legitimate and wholly beneficial
avenues for assuming use of unused property. Today,
ownership is becoming a serious hindrance and liability in many instances. Another sign of these times. Ask the five largest banking institutions.

We work with our hands and teach others how to turn just about any plant fiber material into delightful and durable rubberized items. People very often say that we have the most wonderful (even "Spectacular!") art and craft products that they've seen. When people see our planters, pods and pod cones, sculpture, signs, display units and topiaries the first thing they ask is, "What's it made of?" And we reply, 'rubberized wood'. Then they usually offer to help us sell them. We have to say "Thank you but no, thank you". The untapped wholesale and retail bonanza is in the marketing of the pods and pod cones in tremendous quantities for the propagation and growing of plants and trees -- not just as ornamental items. The pods and pod cones are revolutionary inventions and they are poised to bring upon this land a revolution in urban gardening and "bio-intensive" farming. Even though our products have no real competition or comparisons in the market, we are fully aware that we must compete with every single solitary offering in every Home Improvement Center, every Dollar Store, every Garden and Nursery Center and every Walmart. Expansive parking lot kiosks may prove to be the best distribution and profit centers as they would be soughtafter for their visual attraction, easy access, old fashioned quaintness and sensual appeal. If we can get our hands on it, we can augment it, recover it, re-brand it, re-package it and bundle it FOR YOU TO WHOLESALE TO V9K* (see below) VENDORS. It can be done and this is how it's done. We want to give you SUCH impressive products that you can sell at SUCH SURPRISINGLY CHEAP PRICES... everyone you show them to (in images online or through samples or in person) will be aghast. Please use our "bizarre" "radical" "nefarious" "cult" slant on the story and images as marketing tools. People will find it quite charming and endearing. Exposure is how this garden grows. We will "bite the bullet!!!" every time and for every occasion. We will be predictable so that you can know ahead of time pretty much what to expect us to do and say. We will LOOK and ACT SHARP! and make continual improvements to ourselves and the products. And most importantly, we will PRODUCE in direct proportion to the tools and with the materials provided to us. We want to give you regularly scheduled full semi-tractor trailer loads of planters, pods and pod cones, display units, sculpture, signs, and topiaries AT COST plus freight costs and plus what should amount to our low overhead and operating expenses. Reciprocation in goods and services equivalent to eleven dollars a day per person is our goal. We will make the recruitment efforts and turn-over changes necessary to make that $11 a day figure happen in order to make that very important point. The vast array and enormous quantities of discarded items from the Salvation Army auctions are our favored and best sources of "household" and personal items. Most cart-loads in excess of 100 lbs. of "grab bag" items can be had for $10 on average. Communal living inside clear, sheet plastic walls that are our private, lockable areas (in warehouses) is the only lifestyle that works for us. We want to know that we are going to be alright and will work tirelessly for you to make that happen,

Three times a week? Four times a week if all production schedules are met and exceeded by 10%??? but whatever you say, you know best, YOU ARE THE MANAGER.
Plant Pods can only be made in the caring hands of a "podartist", and a podartist is someone who is content to sit and mold with mother nature's materials in their lap all day and half of the night. TV's or radios fill the crucial need to break the monotony and increase production. Idle time socializing activities such as card playing and dominoes are only for scheduled cleanup days. Wagering on anything is understood by all to be only on SuperBowl Sunday. A ten dollar bill amongst a group of podartists decreases and often halts production. When freed from distractions, we manage with the use of an ever-present atmosphere of PURPOSE. Self-medication has its substitutions and alternatives given an atmosphere that is conducive to comfort; and is both soothing and stimulating simultaneously. Peer pressure of production demands and expectations AND the pride in seeing the fruits of our labors ALWAYS gives us interesting and meaningful things to talk about. This is the glue. This camaraderie is the key and the most refreshing, renewing, invigorating benefit of all. This sense of belonging spreads. Through compassionate encouragement and mutual support, life-long bonds are once again a possibility. We are a unique kind of "cult", creating a selfless, moneyless culture of mutually assured productivity. If a podartist has money that usually means that he or she is more than likely going to be in trouble. Money is an invention, or I might say, a technology in need of modernization. One definition of money could be: a set of interrelated concepts and techniques that people have created and adopted in order to reshape both the physical and social worlds. As with any other type of technology, those who understand it most and know how to use it well tend to benefit more from its reshaping power than others. Hence the understanding of it and the lack of understanding of it is a cause of disparity. As uncanny as it sounds, we and countless more like us will work for you in the manufacturing of new and exciting products if you will work for us on the money side -- the promotion and marketing of them. You will be free to compare notes, negotiate with and form agreements with any of the other managers or outside parties. The wealthier we can help you to become, the better able and willing we're betting that you will be to assist us with our needs. We know that it's counter-intuitive to think that having a bag of cash as harmful; and that having an even bigger bag of cash as being even more harmful, but for our particular segment of society, it is true. With just a little financial assistance, materials and shelter are easily maintained. There are so many empty, vacant, abandoned and vandalized foreclosed houses and buildings that we do not have difficulties finding suitable work spaces.
This business model is ready... and time is NOW of the essence. The bottom is about to drop out of our safety net. The level of quiet desperation is swelling to a bursting point. The thugs rule by intimidation here. They roam and position themselves in anticipation of the day that they will have total and unbridled impunity. Some of the more ruthless, sociopathic and brazen thugs see that day as a day that has already arrived. The 18 -25's outnumber all others in the packed jail system and they will be released, They have one mindset, "I'll get mine.", and any measures other than loud, sedentary bzzy work in a culturally acceptable party atmosphere environment are POINTLESS. Got it? Given the childhood conditioning and the ingrained mindset, there are no other options for a community organizer that can lead to anything short of endless violent confrontations. In terms of people having disposable income, the economy imploded quite a while ago. Our neighborhood in north central Memphis is a powder keg of vice, unemployment, poverty, gang activity and extortion... and has all but succumb to a prevailing drug culture and underground economy. In the current state and at the current rate of decline, my greatest concern locally, and indeed my prediction is that organized bands of looters, with the use of their cell phones, will systematically strip all nine stores which sell some food items within walking distance; causing them to close indefinitely. I believe that the day will soon come when no food will be distributed and no food will be for sale for miles around. By you becoming one of several business managers, each podartist can choose which manager(s) they want to work for. Please read further and consider becoming a business manager, if for no other reason, because of the number of people that do not have anything productive to do. Non-productivity is at crisis levels nationwide, and this opportunity is the nation's only opportunity to develop a universal vocations system. A recent survey of more than 19,000 homeless found:
43.9% face at least one health condition that puts them
at serious risk of dying on the streets;
45% experience mental illness;
32.1% reported a dual diagnosis of mental illness and
substance abuse;
22.1% are tri-morbid, meaning they live with mental
illness, substance abuse, and a chronic health condition;
11.8% have visited an emergency room three times or
more in the last three months;
38.9% have no insurance, including Medicaid and
veteran's benefits.
One of the most important things about having a “safety net”
is having a place that is safe from thieves and thugs. This is
and should be a prime concern for everyone in the vicinity of
this and future Our Community Garden centers and kiosks.
And this is the reason to have a three stage entry protocol.
In an ongoing, never-ending process of being asked and
answering multiple choice questions, a homepage is
created and continually updated. When someone is
in obvious distress, a good question to ask is,
“Which do you need most? A new set of friends?
Another place to live?
